  • The Detailed Design Consultation (Step: 1 Design) is a paid, fixed-fee service. The fee secures dedicated time with our senior designer and covers the necessary groundwork, including:

    • Precise Mesurement & Site Assessment

    • Initial Floor Plan & Layout Sketches

    • Discussion & Review of MaterialSamples

    • Preparation of Itemized Preliminary Budget & Scope

    The consultation fee ensures that the design work is grounded in real data and that the resulting cost estimate and scope for the entire project are as accurate as possible, saving you time and money in the long run. We will quote this fee to you during the initial Discover Call.
